Dear Beloved,
Welcome to May
Welcome to a month where God is set to reveal His sovereignty and almightiness to His children. This is a season where God will display His marvellous works, proving once again that He is the God who never abandons those who trust in Him.
This month, God is speaking to us from His Word:
2 They stoop and bow down together;
unable to rescue the burden,
they themselves go off into captivity.
3 “Listen to me, you descendants of Jacob,
all the remnant of the people of Israel,
you whom I have upheld since your birth,
and have carried since you were born.
4 Even to your old age and gray hairs
I am he, I am he who will sustain you.
I have made you and I will carry you;
I will sustain you and I will rescue you.
5 “With whom will you compare me or count me equal?
To whom will you liken me that we may be compared?
6 Some pour out gold from their bags
and weigh out silver on the scales;
they hire a goldsmith to make it into a god,
and they bow down and worship it.

From this powerful scripture, here are vital truths to hold on to this month:
1. Every idol will bow before the Almighty God.
The things people trust in apart from God are limited and powerless. Those who depend on them remain restricted.
2. God is drawn to those who trust Him fully.
He delights in hearts that are committed, obedient, and anchored in Him alone.
3. Your trust secures His presence.
Because you rely on Him, He will remain your God through every stage of life—faithful and unchanging.
4. God carries, sustains, and saves.
He will not abandon you or allow you to be put to shame. His care for you is intentional and unwavering.
5. Let go of every idol.
Idols are not only physical objects—they are anything you place above God. Release misplaced trust in people, wealth, or systems, and allow God to be your only source.
Beloved, do you desire to truly experience the power of God in this month of May?
Then make a decision: forsake every idol and put your complete trust in God.
As you do, you will witness His mighty hand at work in your life in undeniable ways.
Step into this month with confidence.
