Welcome to October!

Dear Beloved,

Welcome to October!

It is always a joy to step into a brand-new month, filled with God’s promises and divine purpose. I genuinely believe that in this season, His plans for your life will come to full manifestation.

This month, I want to encourage you with the prophetic words spoken by the prophet Isaiah:

“No longer will they call you Deserted,
or name your land Desolate.
But you will be called Hephzibah, and your land Beulah;
for the Lord will take delight in you,
and your land will be married.”
— Isaiah 62:4 (NIV)

“It will no longer be said of you [Judah] ‘Azubah’ (Abandoned), nor will it any longer be said of your land, ‘Desolate’;
But you will be called, ‘Hephzibah’ (My delight is in her), and your land, ‘Married’;
For the Lord delights in you, and to Him your land will be married [owned and protected by the Lord].”
— Isaiah 62:4 (AMP)

Hephzibah means “My delight is in her.” This is God’s declaration over you—you are not forgotten, not forsaken. His delight is in you, and you are more treasured than the lilies of the field or any earthly possession.

Beulah means “Married.” It signifies that you are no longer alone—you are in a covenant partnership with the Almighty. He has joined Himself to you, and His covering is upon your life.

As you walk through October, go forth with these truths in your heart:

  1. No matter how barren or desolate the past months may have seemed, things are shifting in your favour.
  2. You are precious to God—He sees you clearly and has not turned His face away. Trust Him; His plans for you are good.
  3. You are never alone. Your covenant with God secures you, and no one who has partnered with Him has ever been at a loss.
  4. Carry yourself with the aura of royalty, because you are the delight of the King of Kings—the Maker of heaven and earth.

I know the circumstances around you may try to speak otherwise, but hold fast to this truth: “What you see is what you get.” Don’t be lured into seeing yourself through the enemy’s lies. Instead, see yourself as God sees you—His delight, His beloved, and His chosen.

I look forward to your testimonies this month!

Happy New Month

With love in Christ,

Adelekan Bolanle
